Apartment application:
APT Model (Hardwired Circuit): APT1, APT2 and APT4 models incorporate a double 4L V-belt (APT3 has a single 4L V-belt), timer to close and an extra relay in the control circuit to ensure safety reverse during the complete door travel.

APE Model (Electronic Control Board): All APE0 models include an electronic control board, single 4L V-belt and pillow block bearings on the input shaft.

Both the APT and APE models are supplied with tracks and #41 chain for a 12ft high door. The door opening speed is reduced to 9"/s for a quieter operation and longer lifetime. Note: Please consult factory for operators with an instant reverse motor.
