How to Place an Order
Select the order form in the format you wish to use from the list ABOVE
Excel Format - for Email Submission
- Click on the Excel File Link
- Click Save As
- "Save In" (save to your computer)
- Click Save
- Fill in the requested fields on the order form. Please be sure to enter all necessary information including your contact name, phone and fax numbers so we can contact you if we have any questions prior to entering your order.
- Once you've finished completing the form, SAVE the document with the latest changes. Click File. Click Save.
- Click on Email Order Now. Attach the accordusa.xls or opordusa.xls file(s) to the Email message.
- Pressing the Send Button will transmit this order via Email to our sales department.
Note: Shortly after your order is processed you will receive an acknowledgement by fax. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or omissions, or if you need to make any changes. If you do not receive an acknowledgement contact our Customer Service Department so we can verify your contact information and email address.
